Colleen has more than 13 years of experience, having held leadership positions at threebrick, which she co-founded; Spunlogic (now Engauge Digital); the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC); and Cingular Wireless (now AT&T). She holds an M.A. in technical communication from James Madison University and is a notable author.
Fascinated by how web content influences people, Colleen is writing a book called CLOUT: The Art & Science of Influential Web Content. Look for it in December 2010.
